Setting Up Service Groups

A service group is the home for service customers and service engineers.

  • To the customer of a service, the service group home page is where requests can be made and the status of a service and its smaller components can be easily seen. These users may choose to subscribe to the service group.
  • To the service engineer that is a member of the group, service groups are where they start their work. They create new types of requests, they manage an incoming queue of requests and incidents, and monitor the uptime and performance of their infrastructure.Logging into Transposit is a few clicks away, once you've received your invitation email to join your team there.
