As one of your team's first steps when getting started with Transposit, the administrator sets up Slack and then adds one or more custom Slack fields to the applicable incident types, as described below.
Create a new incident type and notice that one of the default fields is assigned to Slack.
Optionally, add a new custom field with type Slack Channel. Note that you can let the incident be attached, subscribed, or both to the specified Slack channel.
Now the team's incident responders can set up Slack in their incidents and use Transposit from Slack.
