Each incident may have a list of action items available to the incident responder for resolving incidents.
The incident type selected by an incident responder may make one or more action items available from the start. If not, the list of action items will be empty, as shown below.
Adding action items during an incident does not persist it to its incident type. Be aware that action items can be created by an administrator as part of the incident type. An incident responder will then have access to the action items provided by the incident type whenever a new incident is created.
Click Add action item to begin adding a new action item to your incident.
Once you've filled in all all of the action item's fields, click Save.
When you check or uncheck the checkbox next to the action item, to denote whether it is complete or incomplete, the timeline is updated to reflect the action item's changed status.
