As one of your team's first steps when starting to use Transposit, your administrator has set up Slack in Transposit and has made sure that a Slack field is available in the incident types that you'll be using when resolving incidents.
You are now enabled to connect a Slack channel to an incident in Transposit, as described below, and use Transposit from Slack.
Create a new incident from a template that includes a Slack field.
Select a Slack channel from your Slack workspace.
If the specified Slack channel does not exist, you can create it.
