As one of your first steps when starting your journey with Transposit, check that Slack has been set up and that a custom Slack field has been set in the incident types that you will be using to create your incidents.
You are now enabled to set up Slack in your incidents, as described below, and use Transposit from Slack.
Create a new incident from a template that includes a Slack field.
Select a Slack channel from your Slack workspace.
If the specified Slack channel does not exist, you can create it.
