Configure Runbook Steps

When you're creating incident types, you can select scripts to be included in the runbook when incidents are created from the incident type.

1. Scroll down to the Runbook section and click Add a step.

   

2. Define a title and description for the runbook step.

   

3. In the Attached Script list, choose the script you'd like to include in the runbook.
