  • Create a user in Atlassian and send an email to invite them
  • Add a user to a specified Atlassian groups

Setting Up the Connector#

  1. Click Add Configurations in your service group settings, search for Atlassian User, select the item, and click Add Configuration.

  2. Set your Atlassian User Base ID in the dialog above.

  3. Click Add Key in your service group settings, search for Atlassian User, specify a name, select the configuration you created above, and click Save.

  4. In the Keys page, where your key is now listed, click Authenticate.

  5. Enter the key received as described in the dialog in and click Save.

Trying Out the Connector#

To verify that the connector is set up correctly, do the following.

  1. Add a new action in a script.

  2. Search for the actions related to Atlassian User, select the one you need, and click Add.

  3. Fill out the inputs.

  4. Assign the key that you created earlier.

  5. Run the script and take note of the output in Transposit.
