An incident coordinates people across work channels.
Each incident has a feed of posts listing comments from users and updates to the state of the incident.
Posts can be generated by scripts, service integrations, and direct user submissions.
Creating a new incident is a typical starting point when you are using Transposit.
Select an Incident Type. Click Create Incident in the top right to begin creating your incident.
Select a type if more than one is available. Each incident type holds default fields and values relevant to its type, including scripts and triggering rules.
Define the Incident. Fill out the dialog that appears.
Create the Incident. When you click Create in the dialog, the incident is created and you can manage and track its progress.
