New to setting up Transposit? Learn how to get started.


  1. Create a Todoist account.

  2. In Todoist, copy your API token, shown below.

Available Actions

  • Create Project - Creates a new project in Todoist
  • Create Task - Creates a new task in Todoist

Before working with individual actions, such as the above, go to the Explore Templates tab in the Automation Hub, and check if a template that suits your needs already exists.

Set Up the Integration

Let's get started pulling data from Todoist into Transposit.

  1. Make sure you're logged into Transposit, then click this link to open the Todoist settings dialog, enter a name, and click Save.

  2. In the Integrations list, where your key is now included, click Authenticate.

  3. Provide the header value for 'Authorization' in Todoist.

    Type the word 'Bearer' (without the quotes and followed by a space) and then, after the space, the API token obtained from Todoist above.

Use the Integration

Now that you've configured your integration, add one or more of the integration's actions to an automation, test the automation, and then add the automation to an incident type.
