A project is a collection of people, assets, and workflows that allow users to get work done. A homepage for infrastructure.

  • To the user of a project, the project homepage is where requests can be made and the status of a project and its smaller components can be easily seen. These users may choose to subscribe to the project.
  • To the project engineer that is a member of the project, it is where they start their work. They create new types of requests, they manage an incoming queue of requests and incidents, and monitor the uptime and performance of their infrastructure.
  1. Click the drop-down in the top left and select Browse all Projects to display all your available projects.

  2. Click a project to view its details.

  3. Select the Activities tab to view the activites associated with the project.

  4. Select the Timeline tab to view the timeline associated with the project.

  5. Select the Templates tab to view the templates associated with the project.

  6. Select the Webhooks tab to view the webhooks associated with the project.

  7. Select the People tab to view the people associated with the project.
